Ziva, the Water-Loving, Sassy Labrador Retriever of Tierra Verde
Meet Ziva, the nearly 10-year-old silver Labrador Retriever who rules the waterfront in Tierra Verde. Named after the Israeli officer on NCIS, Ziva is a one-of-a-kind dog with a personality as big as the bay she calls home. “Everyone thinks she’s a Weimaraner because she’s gray,” laughs proud pet parent Cindy Lindquist, who resides with her husband Brett. But don’t let her coloring fool you. This four-legged friend is bold, playful, and endlessly entertaining.
Nearly ten, Ziva is water-obsessed, sassy, and as cute as they come. “We can’t keep her out of the water,” says Brett. It’s been a new adventure for Brett and Cindy. Why? “We’ve never had a female dog.” Together, they have only two male dogs. “Female dogs are different,” they explain. “They are independent and sassy.”
With her unique gray coat, water-loving spirit, and bold personality, Ziva is as unique as can be. Her unconditional love, coupled with her constant companionship, makes her dog-gone adorable. Be sure to say hello to her when you see her on a stroll. She’s always looking to expand her social circle here on Tierra Verde.
