The Topsfield Fire Department held a formal pinning ceremony at Town Hall on Monday, August 4, recognizing several department members for their leadership, dedication, and service to the community.

Captain John Boyle, Lieutenant Jonathan Hallinan, and Lieutenant Daniel Veinot were each honored with promotions during the evening. Family, friends, and fellow firefighters joined in celebrating their achievements and ongoing commitment to public safety.

The department also welcomed four new firefighters: Ryan Santos, Steven Koutrakis, John Kirk, and James Kontoules. The ceremony marked the beginning of their service with the department and their vital role in continuing Topsfield’s tradition of excellence.
