Bags of Hope, Filled With Compassion
A Stroll Topsfield resident is collecting essential items to help women facing crisis across New England.
As Beauty from Ashes Ministry prepares for a busy fall, Topsfield resident Angelina Weyler is inviting neighbors to help fill Bags of Hope for women experiencing addiction, human trafficking, domestic abuse, and poverty.
Each bag includes toiletries, handwritten encouragement cards, and resource information designed to provide both practical support and a reminder that someone cares.
"The women who receive these bags deserve to know they matter, they are dearly loved, and they can begin again," Angelina says.
The ministry is currently in greatest need of:
- Full-size shampoo and conditioner
- Full-size toothpaste
- Women's deodorant
- Hairbrushes
- Nail polish
- Trail mix
Supporters can purchase items through the ministry's Amazon Wish List, shop locally and ship donations directly to the ministry, or make a financial contribution to help purchase supplies.
"A little help truly goes a long way," Angelina says.
Every donation helps restore dignity and reminds a woman facing hardship that she is seen, valued, and not alone.
