Sheila Fest's Pickleball and Tennis Tournaments Contribute to the Cause!

Ryan Kent, Traditions' Director of Tennis and Pickleball, collaborated with the Tennis and Pickleball Committees to coordinate two pickleball events, the Dinking Tournament and Battle of the Bands, alongside a tennis event also named Battle of the Bands, as part of the Sheila Fest.

Eric and Scott Raszeja, a father-son duo, emerged as the champions in the Pickleball Dinking Tournament, while Gary Waller claimed victory in the Battle of the Bands Pickleball tournament. The tennis tournament title was secured by the "Pop Group," comprising Christina Kent, Kim Hurst, Ashley & Scott Talbot, Jaclyn and Patrick Thompson, Patricia Lai, Gary Waller, and Ron Donat.

The combined efforts of the three tournaments resulted in raising over $4,000, contributing to the annual Sheila Fest fundraiser.

Expressing gratitude, Ryan Kent remarked, "We embraced the challenge and surpassed expectations! A heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributed, participated, and assisted with the events. We are genuinely fortunate to have such a wonderful Pickleball and Tennis community at Traditions of Braselton!"
