When Gia and Sabrina Lorusso lost their sister Olivia—Gia’s younger sister and Sabrina’s twin—to leukemia, they knew they had to do something to honor her memory. Olivia wasn’t just a fighter; she was someone who always put others first, even in her hardest moments. Inspired by her kindness and resilience, they founded the Olivia Hope Foundation (OHF) to support families battling childhood cancer.
