Meet Phantom, the Shichon-Teddy Bear, a three-year-old bundle of joy who has found his forever home with Upper Brookville residents, The Datta Family.
Owner Ambika and her now fiance found him at a pet store in Queens during Covid-19. "As soon as our family entered the pet store, we knew Phantom was the one!"
What's your pet's name, nickname, breed, and age?
Answer: Phantom, our Shichon-Teddy Bear, is three years old.
How did you decide on your pet's name?
Answer: We named him after our grandfather.
Is your pet an angel or a bit of a troublemaker?
Answer: We love to call Phantom "our little papa." He is a spoiled brat with a lot of attitude but always manages to win us over with his puppy eyes!
Does your pet have any specific talents or tricks?
Answer: His favorite gesture is giving his family hugs and kisses when he wants something! He knows how to give paws, high fives, roll over & sit!
What's Phantom known for in the neighborhood?
Answer: Phantom is definitely a barker. He barks at any slight strange noise he hears.
What's his favorite activity and biggest fear?
Answer: Phantom loves running around in the yard and being part of weekend movie nights with his family. His biggest fear is meeting new people.

Answer: No, Phantom is our only furry family member.

Answer: No favorites here—Phantom loves us all equally.
Has Phantom ever run away or gotten into any trouble?
Answer: Thankfully, he hasn't run away. But Phantom has a knack for leaving his toys all over the house, which keeps mom busy picking them up and packing them away every day!
