Say Hello to Jennifer Beltz, Matthew Wirth, and Their Daughter Victoria Wirth

Twenty-six years. That’s how long Jennifer Beltz has lived here in Venetian Isles. “It’s so beautiful,” she shares. “I’ve only owned one house.” She appreciates being on the water and can’t get enough of the view, especially when she drives over the bridge. It’s a slice of paradise.
When she isn’t working as a personal injury attorney and an estate planning attorney at Beltz & Beltz, expect her to be at home. A self-described homebody, she simply likes to relax and unwind with her partner, Matthew Wirth. Matthew enjoys doing remediation for flooding, fire, and mold with Palm Construction and Restoration Services.
Weekends are all about recharging and spending time with their 17-year-old daughter, Victoria. Between travel softball, flag football, and quiet evenings at home by the pool, their world is full, but intentionally so.
Victoria is the heartbeat of their busy schedule. A dedicated athlete with a competitive edge and a strong academic drive, she has been traveling for sports since she was young. “We’ve been flying with her since she was two,” Jennifer says with a laugh.
This family of three spends a lot of time at sporting events. On any given weekend, you might see Jennifer and Matthew cheering on Victoria from the sidelines of a competitive softball tournament. Victoria also excels in flag football, another passion of hers.

Let’s Go
As a family, everyone enjoys taking family trips abroad. Whether it’s tournaments across the country or exploring cities like New York, Vancouver, Spain, or Portugal, the family has made a point to experience life together, not just visit places, but truly immerse themselves in them.
They’ve watched the New Year’s Eve ball drop in Times Square (on an 8-day trip), rented homes abroad to live like locals for weeks at a time, explored Washington, D.C., based on Victoria’s must-see list, and spent long summer days discovering new foods, cultures, and experiences. “We like to research where we’re going and plan it as a family,” Jennifer explains. It becomes part of the adventure. Expect to find them at new places, broadening their horizons in the process. After all, life is too short not to experience everything the world has to offer.
Embracing the Waterfront Lifestyle
When they’re home, they fully embrace the waterfront lifestyle. Pool days, boat rides, and neighborhood dinners are lots of fun for them.
And then there’s Gabby, their 10-year-old Goldendoodle and undisputed family celebrity. So famously laid-back that even their veterinarian commented on it, Gabby prefers lounging near the pool (never in it), riding the boat in her life vest, and simply being wherever her people are. “She’s kind of a homebody like we are,” Jennifer says.
This tight-knit family also likes to reconnect with their roots. “My family is here,” says Jennifer. As for Matthew’s family, they reside in Kansas City. It’s always fun to reconnect with them as their schedules permit.
We are honored to feature Jennifer, Matthew, Victoria, and Gabby in this month’s issue. Be sure to say hello to them when you see them out and about. They would love to meet more friendly folks here in the neighborhood (and that means you!).
