Michael Saunders & Company Welcomes Carol Fasick to Its Expanding St. Petersburg Team

Luxury waterfront expert brings record-setting experience to the region’s leading independent brokerage.

SARASOTA, FL (November 25, 2025) – Michael Saunders & Company proudly announces the addition of Carol Fasick, a distinguished luxury real estate specialist with a proven track record of record-breaking waterfront sales, to its rapidly expanding St. Petersburg team. Fasick’s move is accompanied by Dynasty Group partner Sarah Schneiders, whose transition further enhances the firm’s strength in the luxury market.
Originally from Maryland, Fasick brings nearly 25 years of real estate expertise, beginning her career in Anne Arundel County near Annapolis. She has built a reputation as a trusted advisor for discerning waterfront buyers and sellers, pairing deep market knowledge with impeccable client service. Her approach centers on authentic relationships, collaboration, and an unwavering commitment to concierge-level representation.
“Carol joins us at a pivotal moment as St. Petersburg’s luxury market continues to surge,” said Michael Saunders, CEO. “With record-setting waterfront activity, dynamic urban development, and the continued migration of affluent buyers to Tampa Bay, Carol’s experience and network are exactly what this period of growth calls for.”
“I’m honored to join Michael Saunders & Company,” Fasick said. “Their reputation for leadership in luxury real estate, from groundbreaking new development projects to exceptional resales, makes this partnership a natural fit. Their selective, forward-thinking approach to St. Petersburg aligns perfectly with the high-caliber experience I strive to deliver to my clients.”
A proud St. Petersburg resident for the past eight years, Fasick has become deeply rooted in the community. Focused on premier neighborhoods such as Venetian Isles and Snell Isle, she has achieved several significant milestones—including the sale of a $3.5 million non-waterfront home that set a Snell Isle price-per-square-foot record, followed by representing a $13 million sale, the highest recorded single-family home sale in the neighborhood’s history. Fasick currently resides in Old Northeast, just steps from downtown.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, she is an active participant in the local social and philanthropic community. Fasick is a member of the Stuart Society supporting the Museum of Fine Arts and is widely known for her involvement in tennis, boating, and the broader St. Petersburg lifestyle network.
“Carol exemplifies the white-glove service and market expertise our clients expect,” said Drayton Saunders, President. “As we continue to elevate our luxury presence in St. Petersburg and the greater Tampa Bay region, Carol and Sarah’s combined strengths will play an essential role in advancing our mission.”
