If you’ve ever been tasked with finding a new home, whether in Victoria Park or elsewhere, you’ll recognize the syndrome: At first excitement reigns as you survey the market, scouring first the internet, then searching for neighborhood Realtor signs announcing

We think of Gardensong as a refuge, tucked inside the sanctuary of Victoria Park. It’s spacious enough (just under 3,000 square feet) for a couple or a small family but not so large that the 

house itself becomes burdensome. Its large living area is perfect for family living or gracious entertaining.
