Meet HENRY!
He Appreciates His Family and His Home in Victoria Park

Hi Victoria Park Residents:
I am a 4 year old Golden Mix. My family did my DNA and I am mostly Golden retriever followed by Husky and a bit of Great Pyrenees. I was in a shelter in Central Florida and was sent to Big Dog Ranch Rescue in Loxahatchee, where my new family chose me out of 700 other dogs. I sealed the deal by falling into my new Dad’s arms. It was love at first sight.
But once I got home to my duplex in Victoria Park, I was not sure if this was the place for me, and every chance I got I ran out of the gate and cruised around the neighborhood. The residents of Victoria Park were very concerned. Everyone tried to grab me and hold me until my new owners were able to catch up to me. I could tell they were very worried about my welfare. Then, my Dads bought another home in Victoria Park, and this one had an awesome pool and a big yard! I loved it. It was home.
Now, I run around the neighborhood with my Dads in tow. My favorite thing to do is to meet the neighborhood dogs. And, I love Holiday Park. Luckily, my Dads love to take me on long walks and runs. I have marked almost every inch of Victoria Park. I get along with most dogs, too. But once in a while, I meet a dog that sets me off, and I bark and let them know I am a bad ass.
I am still a lover. I love to be a pet, and I love to be scratched. My greatest joys are taking rides in the car, meeting new dogs and new people. My tail is always wagging, and I have a big smile on my face wherever I go. I am now happy to call Victoria Park home.
