Meet your new neighbor, Esther Victoria Toribio of Victoria Park.  Esther Victoria (hereinafter, "Victoria") was born in Gainesville, FL and called Miami home for 35 years. While often mistaken for Israeli or Lebanese,  Victoria is a Latina whereby her parents, still married at 40 years, are Cuban American. Her great grandparents are from Madrid, Spain. Victoria is the oldest of four siblings and an Auntie to four.

After her divorce was finalized in 2020, Victoria envisioned herself starting over in a new neighborhood and environment welcoming her favorite number, 17. And while Miami is beautiful, filled with culture and diversity, Victoria desired this new change in a more relaxed paced lifestyle, among the birds, butterflies, and the beaches. Therefore, she moved herself and her pup, Mylo, to Victoria Park May of 2024.

During the transition of selling her home in 2021, buyer's agents believed Victoria was a seller's agent by the way she dressed, spoke, and how well she engaged in selling her home. It was during that season, Victoria's curiosity of becoming a real estate agent would unfold a year later.  

Victoria became a licensed realtor in January 2022. Leveraging her background in law and in psychology, Victoria has learned the real estate industry takes consistency, effort, and strong communication skills to ultimately build lasting relationships. Real Estate, therefore, paved the way for Victoria to utilize her skills helping families turn houses into homes.

Victoria prioritizes self-care and prayer along with mental health and wellness. As a South Florida socialite, you may catch her curating business networking events via The V. Exchange with her co-founder, Carla Ferreyros. Victoria is a mentor and speaker for new entrepreneurs. Additional hobbies include raising Monarch butterflies, soaking up the sun at the beach, finalizing her unpublished book, dancing, playing golf or pickleball, traveling along with playing hide 'n seek with her nephews. Victoria enjoys a good book while sipping on a mocktail or iced matcha latte. 

Victoria's life motto is to live in faith loving God and people. Victoria's purpose is that she is a light to this world. In fact, after traveling overseas for humanitarian aid to Haiti, Cuba, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, and bringing aid to the Red Light Districts of South Asia, she knew she had to continue giving back locally.  Victoria volunteers her time being a voice for eradicating Human Trafficking along with providing aid to survivors of Domestic Violence and Children in Foster Care. Victoria is an avid Men's Mental Health Advocate.
