Michael & Kendal
Michael left California in 1994 upon graduating from high school to attend Baylor University where he received his BBA in Finance and Financial Management. After graduation, Michael then attended SMU Law School to obtain his Juris Doctorate degree. He began his career in Texas as a criminal prosecutor for many years and had the opportunity to move back to the Waco area in 2010. At the time, Michael’s parents had just retired, moved to Texas from California, and made their home in Twin Rivers. Michael and Kendal thought the move would be a great opportunity to be close to family.
Kendal attended California State University Fullerton where she got her B.S. degree in Child and Adolescent Studies. She then attended Azusa Pacific University to obtain her M.S. in Educational Counseling.
Michael and Kendal met and became friends in 2004 while he was in California for Christmas visiting his family. They began dating long distance in 2009 while Michael was in Texas and Kendal in California. In 2010, Kendal made the move to Texas and in 2011 they were married!

***Pull Quote****
“Being a mom is a journey that brings an unparalleled joy, one that grows with each passing day. It's the kind of happiness that radiates from within, found in the simplest moments. As a mom, every small milestone becomes a cherished memory, each new achievement fills your heart with pride. I find the appreciation of time so much greater. And the idea of “lasts” that you don’t realize until they have gone. The challenges somehow seem sweeter when shared with the little one who calls you ‘Mom.’ The joy of motherhood isn’t just about the big moments—it’s in the quiet, tender times when you realize how deeply your life has changed for the better.” Kendal
