Collin Bajer, Managing Member of Swift Financial Services, was born and raised in Waco, Texas, and is a proud graduate of China Spring High School. With deep roots in the Central Texas community, Collin has always been driven by a passion for business and a desire to help others succeed. After earning his accounting degree from the University of Arkansas, he began his career in tax accounting before transitioning into a managerial role in client accounting services. Through those experiences, he saw firsthand that most business owners do not just need accurate books. They need a trusted, forward thinking advisor who can help them make strategic, confident financial decisions that position their company for long term success. That realization ultimately led him to create Swift Financial Services.
Founded in May 2023, Swift was built to meet the growing demand for reliable, transparent, and proactive accounting services in the Waco area. The firm provides comprehensive financial management, including bookkeeping, payroll, and full accounts payable and receivable support, as well as Virtual CFO and advisory services that give business owners real time visibility into their financial performance. Swift also assists entrepreneurs with new entity formation, banking setup, and financing coordination, and works closely with trusted legal and tax professionals to ensure every client’s financial, legal, and operational foundations are structured for long term success. Each engagement is designed with one goal in mind. Simplifying finances so business owners can stay focused on growth.
