My name is Sally, and I am the proud owner of Sally’s Maid Service. My journey in the cleaning industry began eleven years ago here in Waco, cleaning beautiful, newly built houses for a local custom home builder. I never planned to start a business. Instead, my business grew from an unexpected love for the work itself and the profound impact it had on my life.

Cleaning for the Mentality 

For years, I was a sufferer of anxiety. I say "was" because, by the grace of the Good Lord, I have been saved from that burden. During that difficult season, I found that cleaning allowed me to unknowingly redirect my nervous energy into something productive. It never overwhelmed me to clean messy spaces; instead, it became therapeutic.

As I worked, I met some of the kindest people who "spoke life" into me, encouraging me and reinforcing the positive mental outcome I felt from transforming a chaotic space into a clean one. That experience shaped our company mission and tagline: "Cleaning does good for the mentality."

A Unique Team Culture 

Today, Sally’s Maid Service has grown into a team of 23 dedicated professionals. But we aren't just a cleaning crew. I believe this industry really helps people, and the work is therapeutic for the right kind of person.

What sets us apart is that we actively look for team members who, like me, benefit from the calm that cleaning creates. We take the encouragement I received years ago and pour it back into our staff. 

Community & Services 

We offer residential and office cleaning services designed to take the weight off your shoulders. We are also deeply committed to giving back to the Waco community. Currently, we donate cleanings to individuals undergoing chemotherapy, ensuring that those fighting the hardest battles can rest in a clean home.
