We are Expedia Cruises Waco, a family-owned and operated travel agency located in the Crossroads West Shopping Center in Woodway. And while cruises may be in our name, they're only part of what we do. Our team helps clients plan seamless vacations by air, land, and sea, from quick getaways to once-in-a-lifetime journeys around the world.

At the heart of our business is family. Meet Chad, Ginger, and their daughter, Kyla. Together, they have built a business and a life rooted in faith, family, and community.

Ginger is especially passionate about Operation Christmas Child. Over the past several years, she has led the Expedia Cruises Waco team to pack and ship hundreds of shoeboxes filled with gifts for children around the world, sharing both joy and the message of the Gospel. With the team’s help, the effort has become something our agency family can share together.

Their daughter, Kyla, serves as our Office Manager and helps support our team of Vacation Consultants. Travel is very much a part of her family's life as well. Kyla and her husband, Dan, celebrated their own destination wedding on beautiful Grace Bay Beach in Turks and Caicos last year, and today they enjoy traveling and making new memories with their son, Wyatt. That sense of family extends to our agency as well.

Our Vacation Consultants are independent contractors who share a passion for travel and serving others, but they don't have to build their businesses alone. They're surrounded by a collaborative and encouraging team and supported with office space, training, client events, marketing opportunities, and the strength of the trusted Expedia Cruises brand.
