There’s a new four-legged baby in Wellsgate—Rosie, a 1-year-old King Charles Cavalier and this month’s featured pet!

Rosie lives on Water Ridge Drive with Portia and Will Fountain and their three children, Mary Porter, Mack, and Whit. Rosie became part of the Fountain family at a time when they needed her most. After the unexpected loss of their beloved Cavalier, Annie, Rosie arrived from My Kids Kennel in Oklahoma just three days later. Portia shared, "Rosie saved us from broken hearts!" Since then, she’s brought joy, laughter, and plenty of snuggles to their family!

Rosie is full of personality and always keeps the family entertained. She’s a true lapdog who loves to snuggle, but she also enjoys her daily walks around the neighborhood and playtime in the backyard. One of her favorite companions is her cousin Sophie, her grandparents’ dog. And when it comes to treats, nothing beats a piece of cheese!

Rosie loves her visits to Dr. Ware Sullivan at the Animal Care Center, the Fountains’ local vet and groomer. Whether she’s greeting neighbors on a walk or curled up at home, Rosie brings comfort and happiness wherever she goes.
