Grant and Tori met nine years ago studying abroad in Florence, Italy( both FSU students) They were completely unaware that a semester abroad would change the course of their lives. The two traveled all over Europe together and Grant still always felt like Tori's home away from home. The connection stayed long after the trip ended, and eventually Grant packed up his Philadelphia life and made Sarasota home which is where Tori is from. The  couple has been here together ever since, along with their dog Luna, who they consider very much part of the story.

Grant proposed at Ophelia’s on the Bay and it was everything. As for the wedding, the pair are dreaming of heading back to Italy or finding an Italian asthenic in Florida as it feels like the perfect way to honor where everything began. One of Tori's favorite quotes in honor of her family is we are going to be “rich in love” forever!
