Both Georgia and Steven bring deeply unique backgrounds that elevate how they operate. Georgia, originally from Dallas, spent years working with major luxury hotel brands including Le Méridien, Shangri-La, and Four Seasons before transitioning fully into real estate. She is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist with a strong foundation in branding, staging, and positioning. Steven, originally from Manchester, England, began investing in real estate at age 21 while pursuing a professional ballet career that took him across Europe and Asia before settling in Sarasota. His artistic eye, attention to detail, and sense of balance carry seamlessly into how he evaluates spaces, advises clients, and guides renovations.
