At just 25 years old, Alvaro Munoz is already making his mark in the flooring industry. Born and raised in Fort Worth, Alvaro grew up around the trade—his father has been in the business for nearly two decades. By the time Alvaro was 13, he was already visiting job sites, learning the ropes, and developing an appreciation for seeing a project through from start to finish. That early exposure planted the seed for what would later become A.M.E. Construction Services LLC.

The name “A.M.E.” is more than just a catchy brand—it’s personal. Inspired by his father’s company name and his own initials (Alvaro Munoz Esteban), the name reflects both his family roots and his vision for the future. Alvaro says his business operates like a family, treating both employees and customers with respect and care. “We take pride in our work, and we take care of our people,” he explains.

Specializing in staircase renovations, hardwood floor installation and refinishing, engineered wood glue-downs, luxury vinyl plank, laminate, and detailed sanding and finishing, A.M.E. focuses on delivering clean, precise work every time. Their attention to detail shows not only in the craftsmanship but also in how they maintain their tools, work vehicles, and job sites.

Before launching his own business at 20, Alvaro spent nearly nine years as a full-time mechanic, learning the value of hard work and responsibility. That same drive fuels his commitment to building a thriving company. His wife, Lizbeth, has been by his side since the very beginning, supporting his vision and encouraging him as he works to grow the business. Together, they’re building a future that blends family values with professional excellence.
