An Unforgettable Staycation at The Crescent Hotel

The Crescent Hotel in Fort Worth has quickly become a must-visit destination for locals and visitors alike, thanks to its modern, luxurious accommodations and exceptional dining experiences.

We recently decided to indulge in a luxurious Fort Worth staycation at The Crescent Hotel, and from the moment we arrived, it felt like they rolled out the red carpet for us. The modern luxury vibe captivated us at every turn, and the impeccable service was impressive.

Upon arrival, we were delighted by a thoughtful gesture from the concierge team: a charcuterie board and a bottle of prosecco waiting in our room. The room itself was beautiful and spacious, boasting a super comfy bed and an aromatic blend of bergamot, rose, amber, and jasmine in the toiletries. The hotel's signature scent was a pleasant surprise as I am always one to notice an amazing scented hotel. If they bottled it up and sold it, I would be stocking up!

Our dinner at The Blue Room was breathtaking from the moment they opened the frosted double doors to reveal the stunning, and a beautiful deep blue, dining space. Our server, Steven, was attentive in just the right way. We went all out with the Shellfish Tower and Tableside Filleted Dover Sole, both of which made for an unforgettable dining experience. My husband Jordan also tried the caviar chip and fried oyster, the latter of which he described as out of this world! We finished our meal with small but delightful bites of vanilla gelato and gluten-free tiramisu. The hand-churned, hand-salted butter was a standout; it was so delicious that I could have eaten it by the spoonful!

During dinner, we had the pleasure of meeting a couple seated nearby which quickly turned into an evening of delightful conversation and newfound friendship. The relaxed pace of service in The Blue Room encourages lingering and savoring the experience, which we thoroughly enjoyed.

The next morning, I explored the Canyon Ranch Wellness Club, a private luxury health and fitness spa located within the hotel. The 26,000-square-foot facility offers state-of-the-art workout equipment, a variety of fitness classes, a full-service spa and salon, and CR Vitality for recovery and recharging. As overnight guests, we had free access to the club, which was a fantastic perk.

After my workout, Jordan and I headed to brunch at Emilia’s. The cappuccino hit the spot, and the chocolate croissant was a decadent treat. We were thrilled to find out that checkout wasn't until noon, allowing us to enjoy a slow, relaxed morning.

The Crescent Hotel's prime location on Camp Bowie, directly across from the Kimbell Art Museum, makes it a perfect choice for a Fort Worth staycation. Whether it's dinner or brunch at Emilia’s or a special night out at The Blue Room, the Crescent offers exceptional dining experiences right at your fingertips. Don't forget to grab a cocktail at The Circle Bar—it's the perfect spot to meet up with friends.

Our stay was so enjoyable that we were sad to leave, but it only makes us more excited for our next visit. Fort Worth is lucky to have such an outstanding hotel, and we highly recommend making it a staple for dining and luxurious staycations.
