The story behind the name Signature Realty Group came in 2022. While preparing for her wedding, Chloe found inspiration at Signature Bridal in Chesterfield Valley. The name “Signature” felt perfect—symbolizing luxury, uniqueness, and pride in homeownership. From that spark of inspiration, Signature Realty Group was born, built on a foundation of innovation, personal touch, and a commitment to community.

Chloe’s path to real estate was anything but conventional. After attending Westminster Christian Academy, she graduated from the University of Missouri with a degree in Mass Media. Though initially pursuing sports broadcasting, Chloe’s internships with top real estate agents confirmed her true calling. Following a successful stint at a prestigious brokerage in Chicago, she returned to St. Louis with a vision: to blend traditional relationship-building with modern marketing techniques. Chloe’s innovative strategies, including a strong focus on social media, have made Signature Realty Group a trusted name in the region.

Beyond real estate, Chloe’s passion extends to animal rescue. Signature Realty Group donates to local animal rescues with every home sold, and Chloe actively helps find homes for rescue dogs—a cause close to her heart.

Today, Chloe lives in Chesterfield with her husband and newborn baby daughter. She continues to grow her business while cherishing the opportunity to serve the community she’s always called home.
