For their 40th anniversary, Bob and Sinie LaCour of Wildhorse embarked on an incredible journey through Portugal and Spain with Tauck Tours. Their adventure began with a flight into Porto, Portugal, followed by travels through Lisbon, the Strait of Gibraltar, and Spain, with stops in Marbella, Seville, Granada, Toledo, and finally, Madrid, their departure city.

Choosing this destination to mark a milestone anniversary, they were captivated by the stunning architecture, historic churches, and world-class museums. The scenery was just as breathtaking, with rolling landscapes of olive groves, vineyards, and cork trees providing a picturesque backdrop.

A highlight of the trip was the exceptional cuisine. From fresh seafood to a variety of tapas, every meal was a delightful experience. The flavors of Portugal and Spain were as rich as their history, making each dining experience memorable.

With Tauck handling the details, the journey was smooth and stress-free. This was the couple’s second tour with the company, having previously explored Italy in 2019, and once again, it exceeded their expectations.
