The Singhs Settle In
Meet the Singh family, who balance busy careers, school, and toddler life while making lasting memories in the Estates at Wildhorse Canyon.
The Singh family, Manpreet, Rajan, their 13-year-old son Armaan, and their energetic 2-year-old daughter Livleen, have made The Estates at Wildhorse Canyon home, and they bring with them a wonderful mix of culture, traditions, and family fun.
Originally drawn here for the highly rated Rockwood School District, the Singhs also found the perfect house: a newer home that gave them enough space to grow, relax, and make memories together. Moving day turned out to be unforgettable – an intense thunderstorm rolled through, lightning struck nearby, and their air conditioning went out! It may not have been the easiest start, but it quickly turned into a funny story they’ll never forget.
Manpreet and Rajan are both software engineers who balance busy careers with an active family life. When it comes to hobbies, everyone has their own favorite ways to spend time. Dad enjoys watching sports, traveling, and bike riding, while Mom loves cooking, catching up on Netflix series, and simply being together as a family. Armaan, now in 8th grade at RVMS, is a multi-talented teen who enjoys gaming, reading, and even helping in the kitchen. Little Livleen is full of energy, happiest when she’s outdoors running, sliding, or building with her toys. Like many toddlers, she also loves watching Cocomelon.
Together, the Singhs enjoy relaxing with family bike rides, walks, and TV time. They have a strong tradition of taking an annual vacation, with cruises being their favorite way to travel – an all-in-one chance to explore, relax, and discover new places. At home, family dinners are often cooked and shared together, though they love going out for Mexican, Pizza or local Indian food.
Traditions are also an important part of their lives. The family speaks Punjabi, Hindi, and English, and they take part in special prayers, ceremonies, and events that keep them connected to their culture.
Whether they’re cheering for the Blues or the Cardinals, watching a cooking competition, or listening to Punjabi music, the Singhs value spending time together. They are excited to continue building memories in the neighborhood and are happy to call this community home.
