The Maids in St. Louis, owned by Andrea Crislip, is a premier cleaning service dedicated to providing top-notch residential, apartment, and small business cleaning. Andrea, a St. Louis native, attended MICDS before pursuing her undergraduate studies at Emory University in Atlanta, GA. After a stint teaching English in Argentina, she earned a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology and Learning Disabilities from Northwestern University. Her passion for serving children with disabilities led her to work at the Cleveland Hearing and Speech Center, St. Louis Special School District, and Wentzville School District. She later ran her own speech and language therapy business in St. Charles County for ten years, igniting her entrepreneurial spirit.
In 2018, Andrea and her husband Ryan purchased The Maids franchise in St. Charles County. Through hard work and dedication, Andrea grew the business from zero customers to over 150 loyal clients. In August of 2023, they purchased the St. Louis location as well! Today, both locations stand out in the industry by providing a comprehensive top-to-bottom clean with each service. Their teams, consisting of 3-4 uniformed employees, are background-checked, bonded, and insured. They arrive in company cars, equipped with all necessary cleaning supplies and vacuums, ensuring a professional and thorough experience.
The Maids in St. Louis offer customizable cleaning plans to suit various needs, whether it's a one-time deep clean for a special event, a new house, or regular scheduled cleans. Their services are available on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly basis, all adhering to their 22-Step Healthy Touch Cleaning System.
Andrea and Ryan, along with their three children—Ella, a University of Oklahoma student on the Pom team; Addison, a senior at Timberland High School; and Kenny, a freshman at Timberland—are deeply rooted in the community. They also have two golden doodles, Archie and Griffin.
