On Saturday, November 8th, at 11:11am, the Windward community gathered at the dam amid American flags and commemorative plaques honoring Windward Veterans. Sponsored by WCSA, hosted by W.A.R.M., and supported by YMSL volunteers, the event was a heartfelt tribute to all who served.
