That mission is personal for Lena. Her father passed away unexpectedly at 68, believing he still had time to prepare. His loss continues to shape her commitment to helping others plan ahead. What began as a solo practice has now grown into a team creating 13 full-time professional jobs in Frederick and celebrating 11 years of service to the community.
