I usually run the perimeter of the golf course several times a week. On Saturday, December 7), I was coming off Yankee and turning into the development near the par 3 by the entrance. I saw a large bird fly by and land in the large tree behind the green. I walked over to get a closer look and take a photo. I got the picture just as the eagle flew to another tree overlooking the large lake just to the north. I imagine he was looking for lunch. It sure was an interesting sight at Yankee Trace. I hope he’s also looking to live here. It’s a wonderful place to live!
