Family is at the heart of Greenleaf. Jamie and his wife, Ashley, are raising two energetic boys, Parker and Jace, who already enjoy hanging out at the shop and can identify different weeds by sight. Josh and his wife, Caroline, live on a ranch with their children, Kyler and Brynn, surrounded by a menagerie of exotic animals ranging from giraffes to otters. Chris and his wife, Michelle, stay busy with their children, Lyla and Fletcher, while their spirited dog Koda proudly takes on the role of “unofficial mascot.”

Each of the owners began their career paths young. Jamie launched his first lawn care business in high school with just a handful of customers, using the income to help pay his way through college. Josh started mowing lawns as a kid to cover sports and gas money, and soon demand was so strong he decided to build a career out of it. For Chris, landscaping was practically in his blood—his parents owned a nursery, and he worked alongside them through his school years before exploring other careers and ultimately returning to his true calling.
