Arturo Rodriguez’s HVAC career began with a desire to help his parents and eventually start his own business. For years Arturo would help his parents in the maintenance and repair of their HVAC unit--with guidance from friends in the industry. In 2020 at the age of 25, Arturo decided to pursue a career in the HVAC industry full-time, gaining experience in sales, service, installation, and operations and being mentored and supported by previous employers and industry colleagues. After completing the required four years in the field, he earned his license and launched his own company, Attic Brothers, in 2024.
