Melissa Fortunato, Gates Mills resident and retired FBI Special Agent, will share a fascinating behind-the-scenes look at one of the FBI's most memorable undercover investigations, Operation Royal Charm. As an FBI undercover agent and crisis negotiator, Melissa worked on some of the Bureau's most complex investigations. In this entertaining presentation, she'll share the true story of an undercover investigation that resulted in the indictment of 87 members of an international organized crime network. Follow the case from the moment she went undercover through a finale so creative and unexpected; it could have been written for the big screen.
