More Than Wood and Walls
For Danielle Baise, it’s never just a sale. It’s about relationships, trust, and helping neighbors feel at home in Glen Oaks.
If you’ve spent any time around Glen Oaks, chances are you’ve crossed paths with Danielle, or at least seen her in action. As the face behind Buy and Sell with Danielle REALTOR and leader of The Baise Group at White Picket, Danielle brings nearly a decade of experience, a sharp marketing eye, and a people-first mindset to everything she does.
A University of Kentucky graduate with a degree in Strategic Communications and a focus on Creative Advertising, Danielle has always understood the power of storytelling and presentation, skills that now translate seamlessly into real estate. For the past nine years, she has built a business rooted in service, guided by her personal motto: “It’s more than wood and walls… it’s more than a transaction… it’s about building relationships.”
That perspective was shaped early on. “My dad was a Realtor and always encouraged me to jump into the industry,” she shares. “It felt like a career I could do while being a mother and still utilize my professional degree.” Today, she has been married to her college sweetheart, Bryan, for 20 years. Bryan is a professor at Bellarmine, and together they are raising three kids, Mady (16), Collin (13), and Olivia (11), along with two boxer dogs, Gus and Wally.
Danielle’s business focuses on buying and selling real estate, but what truly sets her apart is how she does it. “I’m not simply selling houses, I’m serving others how I would want to be served as a client,” she says. She pairs high-level marketing, including professional photography, videography, and targeted advertising, with a genuine commitment to her clients’ goals.
Beyond her individual work, Danielle leads The Baise Group, where she mentors and trains other agents. “I love training agents to be confident and skilled in what they do,” she says. Her hands-on coaching style helps agents grow into knowledgeable, capable professionals.
Like many business owners, Danielle has learned to evolve. “I had to create positions in my business so I could focus on what I actually love doing,” she explains. That shift has allowed her to spend more time with clients and agents, while continuing to grow her business.
Her connection to Glen Oaks runs deep. Danielle supports the Glen Oaks Swim Team, sponsors neighborhood events, and created a fitness-focused group called 6 Pack for Summer to bring people together. She also teaches fitness classes at the YMCA in Norton Commons, extending her passion for connection beyond the neighborhood.
When it comes to advice, Danielle brings both professional expertise and a neighbor’s perspective. She enjoys helping residents think through home updates, market timing, and ways to add value. “No one wants your home to sell for higher than me,” she says with a smile, “because it impacts my home’s value too!”
For Danielle, it all comes back to relationships, trust, and showing up for the people she serves right here in Glen Oaks.
