Ten years. It is hard to believe how quickly the time has passed.

As we celebrate this incredible 10-year anniversary of Stroll, I find myself looking back with an overwhelming sense of gratitude. What began as an idea to connect neighbors and celebrate the people who make your community special has grown into something far more meaningful—a collection of stories, friendships, memories, and moments we are honored to share.

Most of all, this milestone belongs to you.

In 2016, Hallsley was a neighborhood of just over 300 homes—a community first mentioned to me by three friends while I was searching for the perfect place to establish an N2 franchise publication.

I began exploring the neighborhood and quickly discovered that Hallsley was unlike any other community I had encountered. There was an unmistakable sense of connection, pride, and neighborliness. More than a collection of beautiful homes, it was a place filled with people who genuinely cared about one another and the community they were building together.

To our readers: thank you for opening your doors, sharing your lives, welcoming us into your homes, and allowing us to tell your stories. Every family feature, community celebration, achievement, tradition, and photograph has reminded us that the true heart of any neighborhood is its people. Your willingness to share is what gives Stroll its soul.

To the families and community members who have trusted us with their stories, thank you for allowing us to celebrate alongside you. We have laughed with you, cheered for you, admired your accomplishments, and been inspired by the countless ways you give back.

To our amazing local businesses and advertising partners, our gratitude is immeasurable. Your support makes it possible for Stroll to connect neighbors and shine a light on the people, organizations, and businesses that make Hallsley such a wonderful place to call home. We are grateful not only for your partnership, but for the relationships we have built along the way.

And to everyone behind the scenes—writers, photographers, makeup artists, designers, team members, volunteers, and friends—thank you for the countless hours, creativity, encouragement, and passion you have poured into this journey. Every issue is a tremendous team effort.

Ten years gives us an opportunity to appreciate the moments we might otherwise overlook: the smiles captured in photographs, milestones celebrated, neighbors helping one another, local businesses becoming familiar faces, and friendships beginning with a simple introduction. These are the things that make a community more than a collection of houses—they make it home.

As we look toward the next chapter, we do so with full hearts and great excitement. We know there will be new stories to tell, new friendships to make, new families to welcome, and countless more reasons to celebrate.
