Meet Jordano Diaz and the team behind Regrowth Lawn Care & Landscaping — a Brazos Valley business built on hard work, family values, and a passion for transforming outdoor spaces.

For Jordano Alfredo Diaz-Olvera, landscaping is about far more than mowing lawns or planting flowers — it’s about building something meaningful through service, integrity, and faith.

As the owner of Regrowth Lawn Care & Landscaping, Jordano has spent years creating beautiful outdoor spaces across the Brazos Valley while building a business rooted in perseverance, professionalism, and community connection.

Born in Querétaro, Mexico, Jordano moved to Texas when he was just five years old and was raised in the Bryan–College Station area alongside his siblings Karina, David Jr., and Estefania by his hardworking parents, David Sr. and Maria Guadalupe. Those early years shaped the values he still carries today — discipline, resilience, and the importance of serving others well.

Growing up, Jordano attended College Station ISD schools, played varsity soccer, enjoyed music, and stayed active in his church youth group. Those experiences helped develop the leadership, teamwork, and faith-centered mindset that continue to guide both his personal life and business today.

After high school, Jordano took a leap of faith and launched his own company in 2011, pursuing the dream of building something lasting for both his family and his community. Along the way, he met his wife, Liliana Carrizales, and together they are raising their three sons — Santhiago, Camilo, and Massimo — who inspire him daily to lead with purpose and integrity.

Today, Regrowth Lawn Care & Landscaping has become known throughout the Brazos Valley for exceptional craftsmanship, professionalism, and dependable service. The company offers a wide variety of services including landscape maintenance, landscape design and installation, irrigation services, tree and property care, outdoor living enhancements, and commercial landscaping solutions.

What truly sets Regrowth apart, however, is the heart behind the work.

Jordano describes the company as being built on seven core values: faith, ambition, organization, continuous learning, quality teamwork, generosity, and the belief that “Sí se puede” — anything is possible.

“Our mission is to provide dependable landscaping services with exceptional quality and professionalism,” Jordano shared. “Every property is cared for with integrity, attention to detail, and pride in our craft.”

Like many entrepreneurs, the journey hasn’t always been easy. Jordano says one of the biggest challenges was learning how to balance rapid growth while maintaining the personal relationships and high-quality service clients had come to expect. Over time, those challenges pushed the company to become more organized, intentional, and focused on long-term sustainability.

Now, the future is bright for Regrowth Lawn Care & Landscaping.

Jordano is especially excited about expanding further into high-end landscape design, custom outdoor living spaces, irrigation systems, lighting, and specialty construction projects. The company also plans to continue growing its partnerships with both residential and commercial clients throughout the region.

For Jordano, success ultimately comes back to consistency and people.

“One piece of advice I would share is to never underestimate the value of consistency, hard work, and taking pride in what you do,” he said. “Success is usually the result of small, disciplined actions repeated over time.”

And perhaps most importantly, he believes strong relationships are the true foundation of any successful business.
