Meet Hudson Saleh, A Heart for Helping

At just seven years old, Hudson Saleh is already making a meaningful impact in his community. A student at St. Patrick’s, Hudson has lived in his neighborhood since 2020 and has quickly become known for his kind heart, busy schedule, and genuine love for helping others.
Hudson lives with his parents, Andrew and Emily, his younger sister Charlotte, who is five, and their beloved corgi, Poppet, who is twelve. Whether he is spending time with family or participating in one of his many activities, Hudson brings enthusiasm and compassion to everything he does.
His calendar is full in the best way. Hudson stays active through basketball, flag football, cross country, and swim team, while also nurturing his curiosity through Lego Club, Chess Club, and Book Club. One of his most meaningful commitments is Hudson’s Helping Hands, a service he started simply because he enjoys helping people.
Hudson’s Helping Hands is built on kindness, hard work, and a love for animals. Known for his caring nature and positive attitude, Hudson is eager to lend a hand with simple tasks, always with parental assistance. From walking and feeding dogs to playing with pets outdoors, providing indoor snuggles and care, watering plants, collecting mail, and helping with trash cans, Hudson is happy to help wherever he can. He brings a smile to everything he does, with pricing that is flexible and based on each family’s needs.
What Hudson loves most about his activities is the opportunity to meet all kinds of people and animals. When asked about his biggest achievements so far, his answer is humble and heartfelt. He shared that people have been very kind to him, a reflection of the kindness he so freely gives in return.
Balancing school, sports, and service is made possible with the help of his parents, who support him every step of the way. When asked who he admires most, Hudson points to his neighbor across the street, Mrs. Debbie, who makes him feel loved and supported. It is clear that Hudson is surrounded by strong role models and a caring community, and he is already becoming one himself.
With a heart for service and a spirit full of curiosity, Hudson Saleh is well on his way to great things, reminding everyone that you are never too young to make a difference.
