Let Futures Flow

With My Own Two Hands Presents Drop of Life Gala 2026 to Help Futures Flow Across East Africa.

With My Own Two Hands Foundation (WMO2H) is proud to announce the Drop of Life Gala 2026, an inspiring evening dedicated to expanding access to clean water and regenerative agriculture across East Africa. Their annual fundraising celebration will take place on Saturday, September 12, 2026, at the immersive [AV] Irvine venue in Irvine, California.

This year's theme, "Let Futures Flow", highlights the reality that for millions across East Africa, the water crisis means interrupted dreams: an empty desk, an unfinished notebook, and opportunities delayed by the daily search for water. Through sustainable solutions, WMO2H is working to ensure that futures can continue to flourish.

Bringing together philanthropists, business leaders, and changemakers from across Southern California, the Drop of Life Gala will showcase the power of storytelling to connect local supporters with global impact. Guests will enjoy a hosted cocktail reception, elegant seated dinner, keynote speeches, live auction, exclusive film premiere, and opportunities to directly support life-changing projects serving communities across East Africa.

"Our Drop of Life Gala is a celebration of what is possible when our local community gathers around a shared vision of equity, opportunity, and sustainability,” said Lindsey Pluimer, Founder and CEO of With My Own Two Hands. “Through powerful stories and collective action, we’re helping communities access clean water, grow nutritious food, and build brighter futures for generations to come."

For more than a decade, With My Own Two Hands has used storytelling as a catalyst for change, premiering original documentaries that amplify the voices of their partners on the ground. The organization's annual gala has become a signature event known for inspiring audiences to create meaningful global impact.

The Drop of Life Gala will continue that tradition with the premiere of a new short film following Sharon, a mother and community leader whose resilience and leadership are helping create generational change through water security and climate-resilient agriculture.

All proceeds from the evening will directly support WMO2H's mission to empower communities through sustainable water and agriculture solutions that improve health, food security, education and economic opportunity.

Tables and sponsorships are now available for this event, with early bird tickets priced at $250 and general admission tickets at $300. For more information, visit withmyown2hands.org/dropoflife.
