I am a mortgage broker sponsored by Mpire Financial. After working in Mortgage Operations for 3 years and then moving into construction, I realized I truly loved working in finance. As a Mortgage Broker, I can help anyone get into the home of their dreams, no matter their situation. I wanted to get into a line of work that would allow me to actually make a positive difference in people's lives. I love helping people!
As a Mortgage Broker, I shop from a selection of over 120 lenders, so I can secure financing even when banks and others can't. I am not limited to one specific product or overlay, and I am not tied to a single bank or lender. Another great aspect of being a broker is that I'm not just available 9-5. Sometimes issues arise in the 9th hour, so I pride myself on being available for all my clients. I also pride myself on being detail-oriented, so that I catch issues before they become problems.

In today's rate environment, the smartest homeowners aren't waiting for a "perfect time." They are positioning themselves for stability. My advice is to treat your mortgage as an investment strategy, not just a house payment, because it is an investment.
Whether that means leveraging equity for future opportunities, consolidating higher-cost debt, or structuring a financing plan to protect your liquidity, a well-built loan plan should serve your long-term goals rather than restrict them.
I grew up in Indian Trail, outside of Charlotte. After the mortgage company I worked for closed, I converted an old ambulance into an RV. I used to spend all my holidays with my grandparents in Granite Falls, and in 2023, my mother and I moved back to help care for my grandfather, who was in poor health; I have been living here ever since. Now I own my own home in Hudson. If I'm not trout fishing in the mountains or growing gourmet mushrooms, I'm spending time with my family and two rescue dogs named Moe and Soup
I got into mortgage operations when everything was on fire, but then COVID hit. After that company closed, I spent some time auditing before getting into construction for a while. Each job I have held in my career has contributed to my unique perspective on real estate, allowing me to serve my clients at every stage of the transaction. From application to post-closing, I will always be your resource.
We love being a part of the Catawba and Caldwell community!
