Treasure Island neighbors gathered in the park for a heartfelt evening celebrating John's 65th birthday and the laying of a new commemorative brick, adding another cherished piece to the growing collection that honors the island's unique community spirit.

Hosted by Sally Clark, the gathering was filled with laughter, stories and friendship. A Norwegian chocolate and lemon cake prepared and shared by Patty was the highlight of the evening, delighting guests and quickly becoming the talk of the celebration. There was not one slice left.

The monthly happy hour event held exclusively for Treasure Island residents on the first day of every month continues to bring neighbors together and strengthen the bonds that make the community so special.

Pictured together are Dr. Dick Bell, a retired podiatrist, and Dr. Drake, a retired gastroenterologist, who still finds time to enjoy horseback riding together, a tradition they have shared for many years. 

The evening was a wonderful reminder that Treasure Island's greatest treasure is its people.
