Perfect Grilling Marinade

4 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp minced Garlic
1-2 Tbsp grilling seasoning - We love Chicago Steak Seasoning from Penzey's
Cooking Instructions
Combine the Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and garlic in a baking dish (large enough to fit a single layer of your meat). Place the burgers, steak, or whatever you are marinating into the liquid mixture and coat both sides. Liberally sprinkle your grilling seasoning on both sides of the meat. If your grilling seasoning does not include salt, you will want to fully salt the meat as well.
Cover and allow your meat to sit at room temperature to incorporate the marinade and better prepare for grilling(1-2 hours is ideal). Flip the meat halfway through to ensure both sides soak up the marinade. Grill and enjoy!

Use this quantity for 4 burgers or 2 large steaks. You can multiply for additional quantities as needed.

In our house, we live for grilling season! This is our simple, quick, tried-and-true marinade that goes on anything before it hits the grill. Fire up the grill, crack open a cold beverage, and become the dinner hero of your house!

We absolutely LOVE Penzey's spices and cannot recommend them enough. Their local store here in Louisville closed post-COVID; however, they can be ordered online. The Chicago Steak Seasoning is one of our favorite blends and is the only seasoning we use now for burgers or steaks!
