1 oz NewMexcal Smoky Joven Agave Spirit*

1 oz Green Sauce Green Chile Liqueur*

2 oz Pineapple Juice

Method: 

Add ingredients to a shaker with ice, stir well to chill and strain into a glass! 

Optional: salt rim, or if you have it, add a bit of smoked salt to your rim salt! Adds color and smoky depth. Also is lively garnished with a thin slice of dehydrated pineapple.
