Welcome! Let’s get to know our neighbors.
We know genuine connections with neighbors next door and business owners down the street make for a more meaningful experience. And we believe getting to know people in our community should be simple. That’s why Stroll meets you where you’re at – your mailbox.
We are grateful to serve this amazing community.

Mary Comerford
Originally from the Midwest, Tom & Mary relocated to St. Johns County in 2023 with a shared vision of building both a business and a life rooted in connection, purpose, and community. What began as a professional opportunity quickly became a personal mission - helping turn neighborhoods into communities® through storytelling, celebration, and meaningful relationships.
Together, they work directly with residents and carefully selected local business partners to:
- Share authentic resident stories
- Highlight exceptional local businesses
- Host in-person networking and community events
- Create trusted visibility inside private neighborhoods
- Deliver publications that are never more than 50% advertising
When they’re not working on the next issue, you’ll find Tom and Mary enjoying RiverTown and Shearwater’s trails and waterfront views, supporting local businesses, or spending time with their family and their two beloved dogs, Daisy and Charlie.
