Leading with Heart

Whether she's mentoring therapists, supporting patients, raising her children, or building a business, Erin Westner has spent her life doing one thing remarkably well: showing up for people.

Some people leave an impression because of what they accomplish.

Others leave an impression because of how they make people feel. That is Erin Westner.

Erin has a special ability to make people feel seen. Whether she is spending time with family, mentoring colleagues, supporting friends, or serving members of the community, she has a way of showing up fully for the people around her.

That quality has followed her throughout every chapter of her life.

Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, Erin's path eventually led her to Louisville, Kentucky, where she pursued her education and discovered a passion that would shape her future. While studying physical therapy, she found herself drawn to a specialty that combined science, problem solving, and something she valued deeply: helping people through some of life's most vulnerable moments.

But long before she became known for her expertise, Erin was simply someone who cared.

She cared about listening. She cared about understanding. She cared about making sure people felt supported when they needed it most.

Those values ultimately brought her to Chattanooga, where she planted roots, built a family, and found a community she would come to love.

Today, some of her most cherished roles exist far beyond any professional title.

She is a wife. A mother of two. A dog lover whose beloved companion, Pasha, has been by her side through many of life's biggest milestones. She finds peace in the quiet moments at home, often surrounded by family and the calming presence of the beautiful aquarium her husband has carefully cultivated over the years.
Like many women, Erin understands that life rarely unfolds exactly as planned.

In recent years, she faced one of her most challenging seasons during a difficult pregnancy that required her to slow down and focus on her health and growing family.

For someone accustomed to caring for others, stepping back was not easy. There were moments of uncertainty, frustration, and sacrifice. Yet those experiences ultimately deepened her perspective in unexpected ways.

Motherhood has a way of changing people.

It teaches patience. It teaches humility. It teaches resilience.

For Erin, it also reinforced something she had believed all along: everyone deserves support during life's hardest moments.

The compassion she extends to others is not something she learned from a textbook. It comes from experience. It comes from understanding what it feels like to need help, to lean on others, and to navigate challenges that cannot be solved overnight.

Perhaps that is why so many people are drawn to her.

People trust those who genuinely care, and Erin's kindness feels authentic because it is. She celebrates others' successes, invests in her community, and continually looks for ways to encourage growth in the people around her. Whether mentoring young professionals, educating the community, or supporting families through difficult seasons, she approaches each opportunity with the same genuine desire to help.

The business she eventually created grew from those same values.

Not because she dreamed of becoming an entrepreneur, but because she believed people deserved something better. She saw an opportunity to create an environment where individuals could feel cared for, supported, and empowered, and she was willing to take a leap of faith to make it happen.

Erin's story is one of compassion over convenience. Of choosing people over productivity. Of finding purpose not in personal achievement, but in helping others move forward.

And perhaps that is what makes her so special.

In a world that often celebrates accomplishments first, Erin reminds us that character is what leaves the most lasting impact.

That is the legacy Erin is building every day.
