Peach Burrata Crostini with Hot Honey
Serves: 8
Ingredients
● 1 loaf sourdough or French baguette, sliced
● 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
● 1/3 cup grated Pecorino cheese
● 1 clove garlic, grated
● 2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves
● 2 tablespoons melted butter
● 4 ounces prosciutto
● 8 ounces burrata cheese, room temperature
● 2 ripe peaches, sliced
● Fresh basil leaves
● Hot honey for serving
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. On a baking sheet, combine Parmesan, Pecorino, garlic, thyme, melted butter, and a
pinch of black pepper. Spread into an even layer.
3. Arrange bread slices over the cheese mixture and brush lightly with additional butter.
4. Place prosciutto around the bread on the baking sheet.
5. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the bread is golden and the prosciutto is crisp.
6. Transfer crostini to a serving board.
7. Tear burrata over the warm bread and top with peach slices, crispy prosciutto, and fresh basil.
8. Finish with a generous drizzle of hot honey and serve immediately.
