Full Name: Caleb Reese
Age: 21

Position/Role at Rose Creek Country Club:
Outside Services Team Lead

How long have you been working at Rose Creek Country Club?
I’ll be coming up on two years this November.

Tell us a little about yourself. Where are you from, and what should members know about you?
I was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, but after six years, my family and I moved to Columbus, Ohio. I spent grades 1–7 there before we eventually settled in Oklahoma, where I really picked up golf.

What does a typical day look like for you at the country club?
I'm getting to the club at 6:30 am almost every morning and making sure the golf course practice facilities and golf carts are out and ready for members to use.  I stay right outside the pro shop at the bag drop, making sure everyone gets out onto the course with everything they may need.  Usually I am working with a few other people, and as a team we keep up on our driving range, chipping green, bag room, bag drop, golf carts, and any other tasks picked up along the way.  Leaving around 3 pm, I usually go out and either practice or play until sunset, assuming it isn’t 104°.

What do you love most about working at Rose Creek Country Club?
I really enjoyed watching the golf course turn around and become one of the best tracks in the area.  With all the new changes and added amenities, things around here are always keeping you on your feet.

What inspired you to pursue this line of work?
Golf! Making connections and finding new people to play with has been the biggest upside to working here.  Everyone with different professions, goals, and experiences is always looking to come out and golf, so I’ll always be there to greet them.

What has been your most memorable experience while working here?
Glow Golf 2025 was one of my favorite days to work. The entire night was a blast; everyone involved helped elevate the night and was thrilled to be there. It was an all-around fantastic night.

What is something people may be surprised to learn about you?
I believe the world truly revolves around “The Golden Rule”.  You really do get out what you put in, regardless of which aspect of life it may be about.

What is your favorite hobby or pastime?
Other than dialing down on the mystifying game of golf, I really enjoy creating things!  I like coming up with ideas and making them a reality.  Whether that's building/molding something, mixing new foods, drawing, or just trying to control a golf ball, I am always applying myself somewhere, somehow.

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go and why?
I'm always a big fan of the tropics and the warm and clear waters, but I’d have to go back to Colorado or Utah and go snowboarding.

What is one piece of advice you would give to someone starting in your profession?
Smile and wave!  Opportunities tend to present themselves more when you’re more approachable and are interested.  People can be frustrating at times, so it’s important not to take anything personally, and you never truly know what someone else is going through.

How would your coworkers describe you in three words?
Charismatic, Intentional, driven.

What are some goals you have for the future, both personally and professionally?
Personally, I hope to keep playing more golf and practice with those better than me so I can learn. I hope to build meaningful connections while growing my career in real estate and embracing new opportunities along the way.

Is there anything else you would like members and fellow team members to know about you?
I like to keep it simple!  Treat others how you want to be treated and don’t leave more work for others.  I'm definitely a glass-half-full kind of guy, and I always remember the little acts of kindness.
