For decades, Village Health Clubs & Spas—locally owned and operated across four Valley locations—have offered members far more than a place to work out. Each club is designed to support complete well-being, where fitness, community, and relaxation come together.

This locker room renovation will enhance our facility and give members even more opportunities to focus on recovery and relaxation. We’re dedicated to offering everything needed for complete wellness.”

The club is now entering the final phase of an ambitious $2.5 million renovation of both the men’s and women’s locker rooms. Led by Studio4 Design and Caruso Construction, the project is scheduled for completion in early January 2026. The reimagined spaces will include revitalized steam rooms, state-of-the-art infrared saunas by Heritage Vines, along with new Jacuzzis and cold plunges installed by Desert Pools. Relaxation lounges will invite members to unwind before or after workouts, underscoring the club’s commitment to recovery and comfort.

These upgrades complement an already expansive list of amenities: a full-service spa and salon, 12 pickleball courts, 10 tennis courts, a hot yoga studio, temperature-controlled swimming pools, a Pilates studio, five Group X classrooms, a Fascial Stretch Therapy studio, personal training, a café, childcare, and more.

Improvements extend beyond the locker rooms. Over the past year, the club’s interior has been freshly painted, tennis courts resurfaced, and MistAmerica misting systems added around the pools, Kids Club, and pickleball courts. New AZ Ice and Water hydration stations have also been installed throughout the facility, ensuring refreshing access in every space.
