Lemon Bundt Cake
Cake Ingredients
1 bx white or yellow cake mix
1 sm. bx vanilla instant pudding
4 Whole Eggs
¾ C water
¾ C oil
Directions
Pour the dry cake mix into the mixer, then blend the oil, water, and eggs together, and add them to the dry cake mix. While mixing, add dry pudding. Beat for approximately 5 minutes.
Pour into a greased bundt pan. Bake 50/60 minutes, or until the cake tester comes out clean.
Once out of the oven, let it sit for approx. After 15 minutes, loosen the cake from the pan. Flip the cake onto the cake plate.
Cake Glaze
¼ C melted butter
2 C powdered sugar
1/2C lemon juice
Mix the cake glaze while the cake is baking, then set it aside.
