The Topsfield Senators, composed entirely of Topsfield residents, captured the 2026 Topsfield Men’s Softball Championship, successfully defending their title and winning the championship for the second consecutive year.

The Senators dominated throughout the playoffs, combining smothering defense with a powerful offense to outscore their opponents 39–6 on their way to the championship.

Following the victory, manager Tom Kerwin summed up the team’s mindset perfectly, declaring, “Next season starts tomorrow.”

With back-to-back championships now secured, the Senators have firmly established themselves as the team to beat in Topsfield.
