Brooke Paoli knows her family’s home better than almost anyone.

She grew up here, spending her childhood in the house where she and her husband, Tim, are now raising their own three children. Returning to Perkins Row wasn't simply about moving back to a familiar address—it was an opportunity to build the next generation of family memories in a place that already held so many of their own.

For Tim, the journey looked a little different. Raised in Strongsville, Ohio, he relocated to Massachusetts in 2001 while serving in the United States Air Force. Although Topsfield wasn't part of his childhood, it has become home through the life the couple has built together.

Today, Brooke, Tim, Davis, Crew, Grey, and their three Goldendoodles—Benny, Marlie, and Harley—keep the house just as active as ever.

Both Brooke and Tim have established careers that keep them busy while maintaining strong ties to the North Shore.

Brooke attended Masconomet Regional High School before earning her degree from Framingham State University. In 2022, she purchased a property management and consulting firm that now operates from both Boston and Topsfield, allowing her to combine business ownership with work close to home.

Tim earned his undergraduate degree from Nichols College before completing his MBA at Suffolk University. He now serves as Chief Operating Officer at Michael Kelly Injury Law Firm in Boston.

Alongside their professional lives, the family is also looking ahead. They are completing an addition to their home and hope to purchase a building in downtown Topsfield later this year, another investment in the community they've chosen to call home.

Sports shape much of the Paolis' schedule these days.

Davis, entering ninth grade, spends much of her time in the pool as a competitive swimmer. Crew, entering eighth grade, stays busy with golf, lacrosse, and basketball, while Grey, heading into second grade, enjoys travel soccer.

And the family’s three Goldendoodles—Benny, Marlie, and Harlie—ensure there's always plenty of activity around the house.

When the kids aren't competing, Brooke can often be found on the Ferncroft tennis courts a few days each week, and Tim enjoys spending time on the golf course whenever his schedule allows.

The family's calendar may be full, but they also make time to travel together. Each winter, they escape to Aruba, a destination that has become a favorite annual tradition.

Closer to home, they enjoy dinners at The 466 in Danvers and don't spend much time debating which teams to cheer for – the household roots for Boston and Cleveland sports throughout the year. When there's time to relax, they gravitate toward lighthearted television, and whenever the opportunity presents itself, they enjoy heading into Boston for a night of dancing.

Community involvement has also become part of Brooke's routine. About five years ago, she took over organizing Holiday on the Green, Topsfield's annual downtown tree-lighting celebration, helping continue a tradition that brings neighbors together each holiday season.

As their home renovation nears completion and new projects take shape, the Paolis remain focused on family, work, and the community they've invested in for years.

Returning to a home that already held family history has given the Paolis a chance to create a new chapter of their own.

While much has changed over the years, Perkins Row continues to be a place where new memories are being made.
