Where and why did you get Benji?
After losing our family dog years ago, we decided to add a new furry member to the family. We purchased Benji at 2½ months old from a lovely family in Sugarcreek, OH.

What is the story behind Benji’s name?
His breeders named him Benji. We thought it suited him well, and we kept it. He also goes by Benji Solo and Dingy Benji (when he needs a bath).

Anything special or unusual about Benji?
Benji is best friends with Cally, a fellow Gatekeeper Way Cavapoo. They play together daily. Benji always looks for Cally outside and has been known to collapse on her driveway and become complete dead weight in protest of going home.

What do you like best about Benji?
Benji is very sweet and a good listener (for the most part!).

Any funny stories?
Benji experienced an epic first winter. The snow was way taller than him, and he disappeared in the backyard. We plowed a racetrack in the snow for him and Cally to chase each other and run laps to burn off energy.

How spoiled is Benji?
Benji stays in the action and loves his family routine. He was the first one ready to go to school in the morning and would wait patiently by the garage door. He loves a morning snuggle, knows his regular walk times, and you can find him flashing those puppy-dog eyes by the cabinet with the dog treats.

Benji provides a lot of love and joy. His puppy energy keeps us on our toes, and we wouldn't have it any other way.
