Karl Schultz

Karl Schultz is the Owner and Publisher of Stroll | Spaulding Farm, but to him, it’s about much more than publishing a magazine.

An entrepreneur who spent over a decade owning a digital marketing company, Karl never imagined print would become something he was so passionate about. Then he discovered Stroll—and the power of building something centered on relationships.

The residents are the heart of the magazine. Their families, kids, pets, travels, accomplishments, hobbies, and stories fill its pages. Along the way, cover families become friends, advertisers become partners, and events bring neighbors together.

Karl believes great marketing isn’t about simply selling an ad. It’s about trust, consistency, reputation, and relationships.

Outside of publishing, his most important title is Dad to his son, Deklan. His Christian faith guides how he lives and does business—with integrity, generosity, and purpose.

For Karl, this isn’t just a magazine. It’s a community.
