Holly Proctor
Holly Proctor is the publisher and community connector for Stroll Singletree, the private neighborhood magazine serving Singletree in Edwards, Colorado, in the heart of the Vail Valley. Since launching the magazine in 2016, she has helped local small businesses throughout the Vail Valley increase visibility, build trust, strengthen relationships, and grow through a relationship-based monthly marketing platform that combines print advertising, Sponsor Spotlight articles, private community events, and digital outreach. Holly's background includes nearly 30 years in commercial real estate, including 17 years as Director of Leasing for Denver's iconic Wells Fargo Center. Originally from upstate New York, she came to Colorado in 1984 for one ski season and never left. Today, she enjoys skiing, hiking, fishing, traveling, and exploring the mountains with her husband, John, and their goldendoodle, Weezie.
