Holly Proctor
Originally from upstate New York, I embarked on my professional life after college with a brief stint in telecom in Boston. I quickly learned corporate life was not for me, so I headed west in 1984 for what was meant to be one ski season—an all-too-familiar story for many who find themselves captivated by the mountains. 40 years later, I’m still here.
I began a career in commercial real estate in Aspen in 1986, which led me to Denver and eventually to the role of Director of Leasing for the iconic Wells Fargo Center for 17 years. When that chapter closed, another door opened—bringing me to the Vail Valley full-time. In 2016, I launched Stroll Singletree. It’s been an incredibly rewarding journey ever since! Connecting with business owners, sharing residents’ stories, and fostering community ties has been deeply rewarding for me.
Outside of work, you’ll find John and me outdoors—skiing, hiking and fishing with Weezie, our goldendoodle—or setting off on our next travel adventure!
